Abstract
Mevcut bulus ile içten yanmali motorlarin motor bloklarinin (6) silindir duvarlarinin (8) termik olarak kaplanmasi için bir yöntem ve tertibat önerilmektedir. Burada kaplama islemi sirasinda havanin 7 ila 12 m/s arasinda bir hiz ile aktif isleminde yer alan silindir gömlegi (gömlekleri) (7) içinden iletilmesine dikkat edilmektedir. Söz konusu hava akimi emme islemi ile ortaya çikarilmaktadir, söyle ki hava asagiya motor blokunun (6) krank karteri (10) içinden emilmektedir. Emme islemi için bir emme pompasi (25) ile baglanti içindeki çok sayida emme destekleri (12) öngörülmekte olup, bunlar asagidan motor blokunun (6) krank karteri (10) içinden iletilmekte ve silindir gömleklerinin (7) alt tarafina (9) baglanmaktadir.
