Bir dis atim gazi temizleme kulesi ortaya konulmakta, ve burada dis atim gazinin hizi geçmisteki sanata iliskin bir vakaya kiyasla arttirilmakta ve böylece de disatim gazi temizleme randimani daha iyi bir hale getirilmekte veya disatim gazi temizleme kulesi, esdeger bir performans muhafaza edildigi takdirde, daha kompakt bir sekilde yapilabilmektedir. Yine, bir sivi madde geri kazanimini saglayan bir disatim gazi temizleme kulesi de ortaya konulmaktadir. Bir disatim gazi temizleme kulesinde(10A), sivi madde sütunlari(C) olusturulur ve yine sivi madde damlasi olusturan bir komponent(20) bulunur ve dolayisi ile de yüzer bir vaziyette kalan sivi madde damlalari(M) olusturulur.
