Bu tertibat şu bileşenlerden oluşmaktadır: a) boru şeklinde ateşe dayanıklı seramik kılıf (26), b) bu kılıfa (26) eş merkezli olarak yerleştirilmiş bir dış boru (34), c) bu dış borunun (34) içerisinde eşmerkezli olarak konumlanmış bir iç boru (38), ve d) bu iç ve dış boru (38, 34) arasında eksensel yönde bulunan bir kanal (36) ki bu kanal e) eksensel yönde ileri ve geri hareket ettirilebilecek, ayrıca f) ateşe dayanıklı seramik kaplama içerisinde döndürülebilecek şekilde yerleştirilmiştir.
