Abstract
Bu buluş, ateşe dayanıklı seramik kaplama ihtiva eden ve içerisinden metal eriyiğe bir sıvının gönderilmesine yarayan püskürtme tertibatının (20) geçtiği metalürjik eritme potası ile ilgilidir. Bu tertibat şu bileşenlerden oluşmaktadır: a) boru şeklinde ateşe dayanıklı seramik kılıf (26), b) bu kılıfa (26) eş merkezli olarak yerleştirilmiş bir dış boru (34), c) bu dış borunun (34) içerisinde eşmerkezli olarak konumlanmış bir iç boru (38), ve d) bu iç ve dış boru (38, 34) arasında eksensel yönde bulunan bir kanal (36) ki bu kanal e) eksensel yönde ileri ve geri hareket ettirilebilecek, ayrıca f) ateşe dayanıklı seramik kaplama içerisinde döndürülebilecek şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. Tertibat ayrıca ikincil metalürjik işleme yöntemiyle de ilgilidir.
