Abstract

Bu buluşun amacı, uzman becerisine sahip olmayan bir operatörün bile isteğe göre bant genişliğini ayarlayarak uygulamayı kolaylıkla gerçekleştirebildiği ve başlangıç safhasından son safhaya kadar uygulamayı muntazam şekilde tutabildiği bir yalıtkan malzeme tabancasının sağlanmasıdır. Yalıtkan malzeme tabancasında, iğne valf, tetiğin çalıştırılmasıyla önceden belirlenmiş hamleler ile geriye doğru hareket etmektedir ve yalıtkan malzeme valf oturmayeri ve iğne valf arasındaki boşluktan fışkırmaktadır Bu durumda, tabanca gövdesinin taban bölümünde bulunan kertik bölümünün ayarlama topuzu ile, konum ayarlama elemanı ileri ve geri hareket etmekteve iğne valfının geriye doğru hareket hamlesi kontrol edilmektedir, iğne valfın ucunda uca doğru daralan bölüm oluşturulmuştur ve yalıtkan malzemeninatımlı basınç değişmesini soğuracak şekilde, valfoturma yerinin alt akış kısmındaki yalıtkan malzeme geçişinde menfez eleman bulunur.
