Abstract
Mevcut buluş, bir aril akrilat veya bir aril metakrilatı içeren birinci bir monomer, bir etilenik doymamışlığa sahip bir substitüene yer veren bir aromatik halkayı içeren ve bir aril akrilat veya aril metakrilat şeklinde olmayan ikinci bir monomer ve bir homopolimer halinde polimerleştirilmesi durumunda yüksek su içerikli bir hidrojel oluşturan etilenik bir doymamışlığı içeren üçüncü bir monomer ve isteğe bağlı olarak bir çapraz bağlama maddesinden oluşan bir komonomerden, yüksek refraksiyon endeksli katlanabilir bir intraoküler lensin oluşturulmasına ilişkin bir yöntemi temin etmektedir.
