Abstract
Buluş, kandan genomik DNA'nın pzr'nu engelleyecek safsızlıklardan arındırılarak izole edilmesi için bir yöntemdir. Buluşta kullanılan yöntem, mevcut yöntemlerdeki gibi bir enzimatik işlem içermemektedir, böylece buluş sayesinde protein parçalayıcı bir enzime ve ısıtma işlemine gereksinim ortadan kaldınlmıştır. Buluşun içeriğinde tanımlanan çözeltiler ve kolon dolgu materyali ile oluşturulabilecek spin kolon ile oluşturulacak tam kandan spin kolon DNA saflaştırma kitiile buluş sananyiye uygulanabilir.The invention is a method for isolating genomic DNA from blood free of impurities that inhibit sun.
