Abstract
Bu buluş, kritik boyutlu kemik hasarlarının tamiri için doku mühendisliği iskelesi olarak kullanılmak üzere, PLGA (poli(laktik-ko-glikolik asit)) polimerinin ıslak eğirme yöntemiyle şekillendirilmesi ile elde edilen PLGA fiberleri ile ilgilidir. Buluşun amacı, ıslak eğirme yöntemiyle elde edilen ve fibröz yapıda, uzun süreli mekanik destek sağlayabilecek, biyobozunma hızı yavaş olan PLGA fiberleri gerçekleştirmektir.The present invention relates to PLGA fibers obtained by wet spinning a PLGA (poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid)) polymer for use as a tissue engineering scaffold for repairing critical bone damage. The aim of the invention is to produce PLGA fibers with a fibrous structure, which are obtained by wet spinning method, can provide long-term mechanical support and have a slow biodegradation rate.
