Abstract

Bu buluş, kitosan (KT) ve hiyalüronik asit (HA) polimerleri ile kompleks koaservasyon tekniği kullanılarak doku mühendisliğine yönelik hücre enkapsüle edebilme (makro-enkapsülasyon) kapasitesine sahip doku iskelesi üretimi ile ilgilidir. Buluşun amacı, biyobozunur, biyouyumlu ve elastik özelliklere sahip, tamamen doğal polimerlerden oluşan ve hiçbir çapraz bağlayıcı veya organik solvent kullanılmadığı için toksik etkisi bulunmayan ve hücre yaşamasına, çoğalmasına ve eğer ki kök hücre kullanılıyor ise arzu edilen hücre tipine özelleşmesine elverişli bir ortam sağlayacak gözenekli yüzeye sahip olan doku iskelelerinin oluşturulmasını sağlayan bir üretim gerçekleştirmektir (Şekil 7).
