Abstract
(1) Bir hidroksil sonlu poliester ara maddesi, burada hidroksil sonlu poliester ara maddesi, adipik asit ve 1,3-propilen glikol içeren bir glikol bileşeninden elde edilen yineleme birimlerinden oluşur ve söz konusu hidroksil sonlu ara madde 500 ila 10,000 Dalton aralığında bir sayısal ortalamalı molekül ağırlığına sahiptir (2) bir diizosiyanat ve (3) bir zincir uzatıcının reaksiyona sokulmasıyla termoplastik poliüretan üretilmesine yönelik bir işlem açıklanmıştır. Bu işlem sonucu termoplastik poliüretan azaltılmış bir tozlanma eğilimi nedeniyle eşsizdir. Bu durum yüksek derecede şeffaflığın istendiği uygulamalar için fazlasıyla arzu edilmektedir, zira tozlanma termoplastik poliüretan içeren ürünlerin görünüş olarak yüzeyde puslu veya sisli olmasına neden olur.
