Abstract
En az iki parçadan (1a, 1b) oluşan bir muhafaza (1), bir montaj konsolu (2), bir transmisyonlu (22) bir tersinir motor (7), üzerinde transmisyonun bir tersinir motor (7) tarafından tahrik edildiği bir mil (5), milin (5) entegre edilmesi için bir yatak (16), mil (5) üzerinde dönmesi engellenmiş bir mil somunu (6), mili kuşatan bir dış boru (3), dış boruya (3) teleskopik olarak monte edilen ve mil somununa (6) bağlanan bir hareket elemanı (4), hareket elemanının (4) dış ucunda bir ön bağlantı (8), muhafaza (1) içerisine yerleştirilen bir arka bağlantı (9) içeren bir lineer aktüatördür Arka bağlantıda (9), milin yatağı (31) için bir yuva yer alır. Motor (7), transmisyon (22) ve dış boru (3) konsola (2) tespit edilir. Montaj konsolu (2), etrafına muhafazanın iki parçasının (1a, 1b) monte edildiği ve montaj konsolunun (2) tek başına aktüatörün yatak şasesini oluşturduğu ayrı bir eleman olarak imal edilir. Dolayısıyla, hem düşük üretim maliyetlerine hem de yüksek performans ve kalite özelliklerine sahip yekpare bir aktüatör olanağı sağlanır.
