Abstract
Mevcut buluş, çok modlu moleküler ağırlık dağılımına sahip polietilen ürün hazırlamaya yönelik bir prosesle ilgili olup, söz konusu proses aşağıdaki aşamaları içerir: (a) etilen monomerin, seyrelticinin, en az bir metalosen katalizörün, opsiyonel olarak hidrojenin ve opsiyonel olarak bir ya da daha fazla sayıda olefin komonomerin birinci bulamaç çevrim reaktörüne beslenmesi; en az bir metalosen katalizörü varlığında etilen monomerle opsiyonel olarak bir ya da daha fazla sayıda olefin komonomerin ve opsiyonel olarak hidrojenin birinci bulamaç çevrim reaktöründe polimerizasyonuyla birinci polietilen fraksiyonun üretimi; (b) birinci polietilen fraksiyonunun birinci bulamaç çevrim reaktörüne seri bağlı ikinci bulamaç çevrim reaktörüne beslenmesi ve etilen polimerize eden ikinci bulamaç çevrim reaktöründe, birinci polietilen fraksiyonu varlığında etilenin, opsiyonel olarak bir veya daha fazla sayıda olefin komonomerin ve opsiyonel olarak hidrojenin polimerizasyonuyla ikinci polietilen fraksiyon üretimi; ve (c) ikinci polietilen fraksiyonunun ikinci bulamaç çevrim reaktörüne seri bağlı bir gaz fazına beslenmesi, gaz fazı reaktörde etilenle opsiyonel olarak bir ya da daha fazla komonomerin, opsiyonel olarak hidrojenin ikinci polietilen fraksiyonu varlığında polimerizasyonu ve polietilen ürün üretimi olup, özelliği; ağırlıkça en az %25 polietilen ürünün birinci bulamaç çevrim reaktöründe hazırlanmasıdır.
