Abstract

Hücrelerin öldürülmesinde aktiviteye, genellikle sinerjistik sahip tamamlayıcı, iki farklı farmasötik aktif maddeye sahip olan bir polimer matrisin mikro küreciklerini içeren bir bileşimdir. Bileşimler, tümörlerin tedavisi için özel kullanıma sahiptir. Yararlı kombinasyonlar rapamisin ile doksorubisin, ibuprofen ile irinotekan, doksorubisin ile ibuprofen ve doksorubisin ile irinotekandır. Polimer matrisi tercihen çapraz bağlı bir polivinil alkoldür. İlaçlar aynı mikro küreye dahil edilebilir veya her biri ayrı bir farmasötik ajan ile mikro kürecikler birlikte karıştırılabilir. Mikroküreler tercihen tümörlerin kemo-embolizasyonunda kullanılır.
