Abstract
Buluş; termal su, çamur ve yosunun karıştırılmasıyla homojenize edilen deney ortamına tercihen Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. tolerans ve Anoxbacillus thermarum bakterileri ilavesi ile elde edilen bir reaksiyon ortamının, deney ortamına saf su ilave edilmesi ile oluşturulan kontrol grubu ile spektrofotometrik ve görsel olarak incelenmesi ve değerlendirmeler sonunda etkisi doğrulanan bakteri kültürlerinin besleyici ortamda canlandırılarak ve saflığından emin olunduktan sonra, yosun kirliliği bulunan ortama inoküle edilmesi ile sağlanan bir yosun giderim yöntemi ile ilgilidir.
