Abstract
Buluş, buruşukluk veya çatlak oluşturmadan ve yüksek verim elde ederek, ham malzeme olarak çekme dayanımı 500 MPa ila 1800 MPa arasında olan bir sac metal kullanılarak, şapka şeklinde bir enine kesite sahip olan ve boylamsal doğrultu boyunca L şekline kavisli olan bir pres bileşenini imal etmek için teknoloji sağlar. Ham metalin üst levha profili bir altlık (74) tarafından bir zımbaya (72) doğru preslenerek kenetlenir, L şekilli kavisin dış tarafındaki bir kısım bir pot çemberi (73) tarafından bir haddeye (71) doğru preslenerek kenetlenir, bir bükme tertibatı (75) hareket ettirilir ve ham metal sacın L şekilli kavisinin iç tarafındaki bir dikey duvar kısmı ve L şekilli kavisin iç tarafındaki dikey duvarla birleştirilmiş flanşlı kısım kalıplanır. Ham metal sac, ham metal sacın pot çemberi (73) tarafından kalıba (71) preslenerek kenetlenmiş hali muhafaza edilerek pot çemberinin (73) bulunduğu yere doğru olan doğrultuda hareket ettirilir, ve L şekilli şapka şeklindeki enine kesitin L şekilli kavisinin dış tarafındaki bir dikey duvar kısmı ve L şekilli kavisin dış tarafındaki dikey duvarla birleştirilmiş flanşlı kısım kalıplanır.
