Abstract
İnklüzyon gövdelerinden rekombinant polipeptitlerin üretimi için yeni yöntemler açıklanmaktadır. Hücre kültür koşullarının modülasyonu, aktif formda rekombinant polipeptit verimini olumlu bir şekilde etkilemektedir. Bir yönde yöntem, (a) bir birinci sıcaklıkta söz konusu mikrobiyal bir konak hücrenin kültive edilmesini, konak hücre bir rekombinant polipeptidi kodlayan bir nükleik asit içermektedir, (b) kültivasyon sıcaklığının birinci sıcaklıktan bir ikinci sıcaklığa düşürülmesini, ve (c) ikinci sıcaklıkta konak hücrenin kültive edilmesini içermektedir.
