Abstract
Buluş, ayak bilek deformite ve eklem rahatsızlıkları için kullanılan çiviler ile ilgili olup, özelliği; kalkaneus, talus, tibia kemiklerinin (19,18,17) kanal içlerinden geçen bir tespit çivisi şeklide çalışan daha hızlı iyileşme elde edilen, enfeksiyon riski azaltılan ayak bilek artrodez çivisi (1) oluşturmak üzere, distal bölümünde en az üç adet, proksimal bölümünde en az iki adet kilitlenebilir yapıda vida deliği, kemiğe çakılması sırasında kompresyon etkisi yaparak kemikler arasındaki boşluk kapanması ve daha kolay füzyon elde edilmesini sağlayan artrodez çivi (1) proksimalinden distaline doğru uzanan çıkıntılar (15), artrodez çivi (1) ucundan dolayı oluşabilecek stres kırılmalaırını azaltmak için artrodez çivinin (1) proksimal ucunda yarık (12) veya yarıklar (12) içermesi ile karakterize edilir.
