Abstract

Buluş, desülfürizasyon ve pota fırını toz toplama sisteminde yakalanan tozların üretime yeniden kazandırılması için yöntem ile ilgilidir. Briketleme prosesinde; öncelikle ana matris olarak kullanılacak olan çelikhane çamuru etüvde 105 °C?de nem oranı %7?nin altına inecek şekilde kurutma işlemine tabi tutulur. Kurutulan çelikhane çamuruna nem analizi yapılır ve %7?nin altında olması teyit edilir, üzerinde ise kurutma işlemine bir süre daha devam edilir. Nem analizi sonucuna göre briketleme prosesinde bağlayıcı olarak kullanılan melasın çözüleceği su miktarı miktarı belirlenir. Harmanda toplam nem içeriği %5-10 olması, tercihen %7?yi geçmemesi sağlanır. Hazırlanan çelikhane çamuru mikserde 20-30 dakika arasında karıştırılır. Akabinde bağlayıcı olarak kullanılacak toz malzemeler olan DeS veya DeS+LF toz toplama sistemi tozları eklenir. Karıştırma işlemine devam edilirken, daha önceden hazırlanmış olan ve bağlayıcı olarak görev yapan sulu melas çözeltisi karışıma eklenir. Yaklaşık 10 dakika daha mikser ile karıştırma işlemine devam edilir ve sonrasında hazırlanan karışım, briketleme makinasına şarj edilmeye hazır hale gelir. Roll pres briket makinasının basıncı 150-170 bar, dönme hızı ise 15rpm?e ve makinanın besleme oluğunun (1) cetvel pozisyonu 2 cm?ye ayarlanır. Hazırlanan briket harmanı makinaya şarj edilir. Üretilen briketler (2) atmosfer ortamında kurumaya bırakılır.
