Abstract
Polimer ve farklı katkı maddeleri kullanımı ile nanofiber dokusuna sahip paralel yapılı, 3 boyutlu, sıkı gözenekli ve nanofiber yapıya sahip elastik doku üretilmesini mümkün kılmaktadır. Buluş, balık pullarından izole edilmiş kolajen (BPİKOL), soya yağı (SY), NELL-1 protein (NLP), pentoksifilin (PSN), polikaprolakton (PCL), karboksimetil selüloz (KMS), kitosan (KTS) ve şekil hafızalı poliüretan (ŞHPU) maddelerinden melt electrowriting tekniği ile yeni nesil kalp kapakçığı elde edilmesi ile ilgilidir. With the use of polymers and different additives, it makes it possible to produce a parallel structured, 3-dimensional, tightly pored and nanofiber structure elastic tissue with nanofiber texture. The invention is based on collagen isolated from fish scales (BPİKOL), soybean oil (SY), NELL-1 protein (NLP), pentoxifylline (PSN), polycaprolactone (PCL), carboxymethyl cellulose (KMS), chitosan (KTS) and shape memory polyurethane (PSN). It is about obtaining a new generation heart valve from SHPU) materials with melt electrowriting technique.
