Polimer ve farklı katkı maddeleri kullanımı ile nanofiber dokusuna sahip paralel yapılı, 3 boyutlu, sıkı gözenekli ve nanofiber yapıya sahip elastik doku üretilmesini mümkün kılmaktadır. Buluş, balık pullarından izole edilmiş kolajen (BPİKOL), soya yağı (SY), NELL-1 protein (NLP), pentoksifilin (PSN), polikaprolakton (PCL), karboksimetil selüloz (KMS), kitosan (KTS) ve şekil hafızalı poliüretan (ŞHPU) maddelerinden melt electrowriting tekniği ile yeni nesil kalp kapakçığı elde edilmesi ile ilgilidir.
