An inclined portion is formed on a peripheral part of door 4 such that a peripheral edge of the inner side of door 4 is closer to a center of door 4 than a peripheral edge of an outer side of door 4 is; and housing 1 has recess and at a bottom portion of recess 3, there are provided with the opening and one or more holes 3c.
