Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the tool main body. The method includes the steps of pre-heating metal material, forging and cleaning the surface. The tool main body is synchronously processed with embossments during forging. These embossments can cleverly varnish over the cavity remained due to the decarburized layer.
