Abstract
This invention relates to a fabrication method for the main body of hand tool; the production process includes the following steps: pre-heating metal material, forging, and surface-cleaning. The tool is embossed while it is being forged so that the cavities on the main body of tool due to de-carbonization layer can be concealed skillfully with the embossed treads; and thus there is no need of manual grinding. By this way, there will be a superior embossment quality and a lower defect rate, and a remarkably reduced cost, time, and labor due to the elimination of manual grinding. The cavities and the embossed treads on the surface of the main body of tool will increase the friction between the surface of the main body of the tool and the hand of user so that it has the anti-slipping effect.
