Abstract
A method for fabricating a micro-optical element and an apparatus thereof are provided. The method comprises steps of providing a substrate with a hydrophobic coating formed thereon; calculating concentration of micro fluid in whole solution and amount of micro fluid to be disposed on the substrate; and disposing the amount of micro fluid droplet on the substrate to form a micro-optical element.
