Abstract

A nano imprinting system is provided. The system includes a mold having a first non-imprinting surface and a first imprinting surface, a substrate having a second non-imprinting surface and a second imprinting surface, a molding material disposed on the second imprinting surface, a groove structure formed on at least one of the first non-imprinting surface and the second non-imprinting surface, and an imprinting apparatus for providing a pressure on one of the mold and the substrate for molding the molding material.
