201200048 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術區域】 此處之實施例係有關於防水透氣織物,尤其係有關於織物及製造一般 可抗污染之防水透氣織物的方法,其中該污染可能降低織物之性能。 【先前技術】 現今係將數種防水透氣膜、薄膜及材料積層於織物上來製作用於一般 防水透氣外衣的織物’此種防水透氣材料之實例包括聚四 及聚乙烯(PE)。此等防水透氣薄膜一般為親油性,故其等具有吸引污染物 (如油、清潔劑等)之傾向,而此反而會堵塞薄臈之微孔。此污染物的影 響將使薄膜更趨於親水性,如此便會顯著降低織物的防水性。於一進行= 測試中’所述污染物係使防水性從21公尺水柱降至低於5公尺水柱。 防水透氣織物製造商已嚐試使用以下方法來解決此問題··將斥油性材 料構成的膜塗佈於防水透氣薄膜的外露側,以防止所述孔洞堵塞。然而在 某些程序中(如使《胺甲義(PU)之程序),此實際上會堵塞微^而普 Claims (1)
