噻唑菌胺(ethaboxam)為已知化合物且描述於例如“THE PESTICIDE”MANUAL-第14版(BCPC出版)ISBN 1901396142中。
此化合物可得自市場上包含噻唑菌胺之產物或可藉由公開方法合成。
在“組成物”中“甲醯胺化合物”對噻唑菌胺之重量比通常係甲醯胺化合物/噻唑菌胺為從0.01/1至500/1,較佳從0.1/1至10/1,更佳從0.1/1至3/1。
雖然“組成物”可為“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之混合物本身,但“組成物”通常藉由混合“甲醯胺化合物”、噻唑菌胺和惰性載體,及如果需要藉由加入界面活性劑及/或另一用於調配之助劑,及藉由將混合物調配成例如油調配物、可乳化濃縮物、流動性調配物、可濕性粉劑、水分散性粒劑、粉劑、粒劑等方式而製得。調配物可單獨使用或與另一惰性成分一起作為植物疾病防制劑。
在“組成物”中,“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之總含量通常係從0.1至99重量%,較佳從0.2至90重量%,且更較佳從1至80重量%。
用於調配物之固體載體的例子包括(例如)礦物材料諸如高嶺土、鎂鋁海泡石黏土、膨潤土、蒙脫石、酸性白黏土、葉蠟石、滑石、矽藻土和方解石;天然有機材料諸如玉米軸粉和胡桃殼粉;合成有機材料諸如尿素;鹽類諸如碳酸鉀及硫酸銨;合成無機材料諸如合成的水合氧化矽之細粉和顆粒。
液態載體的例子包括芳族烴類諸如二甲苯、烷苯和甲基萘;醇類諸如2-丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇和乙二醇單乙醚;酮類諸如丙酮、環己酮和異佛酮;植物油諸如大豆油及棉籽油;石油脂族烴類;酯類;二甲亞碸;乙腈;及水。
界面活性劑的例子包括陰離子界面活性劑諸如硫酸烷酯鹽類、烷基芳基磺酸鹽類、二烷基磺酸基琥珀酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯鹽、木質素磺酸酯和萘磺酸鹽甲醛聚縮產物;非離子界面活性劑諸如聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物-和山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯;及陽離子界面活性劑諸如烷基三甲基銨鹽。

上述植物可為該等具有藉由遺傳基因工程技術賦予之抵抗性者。
在上述植物之中,“組成物”被預期特別是對在大豆中所引起之植物疾病具有極佳防制效果。
在上述植物疾病之中,可預期“組成物”對其具有尤佳效果之大豆疾病為立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、大豆紫斑病菌(Cercospora kikuchii)、褐紋病菌(Septoria glycines)、莖枯菌(Corynespora casiicola)、大豆銹病(Phakopsora pachyrizi)、菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、灰斑病菌(Cercospora sojina)、等等。

欲處理之植物部份為植物之莖和葉、植物之種子或鱗莖,且鱗莖表示鱗莖、球莖、根莖、塊莖、塊根及根托(rhizophore)。
在“防制方法”中,植物或生長植物之土壤用“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之處理可在同一時間分開地進行,但鑒於方便性,處理通常是藉由使用“組成物”進行。
在“防制方法”中,用“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺處理為例如莖和葉施用、土壤施用、根施用或種子施用。
莖和葉施用之例子包括藉由莖和葉噴灑或莖和樹噴灑的方式而對栽培植物之表面進行處理。
根施用之例子包括一種將整株植物或植物的根浸進包含“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之液體的方法和一種將包含“甲醯胺化合物”、噻唑菌胺和固體載體之固體製劑放置在植物之根上的方法。
土壤施用之例子包括將“組成物”噴灑在土壤上的方法、混合“組成物”與土壤的方法及將“組成物”灌溉於土壤的方法。
種子施用之例子包括用“組成物”處理欲防制植物疾病的植物之種子或鱗莖的方法。特別地,施用可藉由將“組成物”的懸浮液噴灑在種子或鱗莖的表面上,或藉由將可濕性粉劑、可乳化濃縮物或流動性調配物本身或其與小量水之混合物散佈在種子或鱗莖上,或藉由將種子浸在“組成物”之溶液中經預定時間,藉由薄膜塗布施用或顆粒塗布施用進行。
“防制方法”中所使用之“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺的量視欲處理之植物的種類、欲防制之植物疾病的種類和其頻率、調配物的種類、處理的時序、處理的方法、處理的地方、天氣條件、等等而不同。
當“組成物”施用至植物之莖及/或葉或生長植物之土壤時,“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之總量通常從1克至500克/1000米2,較佳從2克至200克/1000米2,和更佳從10克至100克/1000米2。
當“組成物”施用至植物之種子時,“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之總量通常從0.001克至10克/1公斤種子,和較佳從0.01克至1克/1公斤種子。
可乳化濃縮物、可濕性粉劑或可流動調配物通常用水稀釋調配物及噴灑稀釋後的調配物。在此情形中,在全部的稀釋調配物中之“甲醯胺化合物”和噻唑菌胺之濃度通常在0.0005%至2重量%,且較佳0.005%至1重量%。
粉末調配物、顆粒調配物等等通常在沒有稀釋的情況下使用。
本發明將以調配例及試驗例進一步詳細地說明。然而,本發明不被下列實例限制。
在下列實例中,“份”表示“重量份”,除非另有提供。
將“甲醯胺化合物”(1)至(5)中之一者(2.5份)、噻唑菌胺(1.25份)、聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚(14份)、十二烷基苯磺酸鈣(6份)及二甲苯(76.25份)充份混合以分別地產生各調配物。
藉由濕式研磨法將“甲醯胺化合物”(1)至(5)中之一者(2份)、噻唑菌胺(8份)、白碳和聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸銨鹽的混合物(重量比1:1)(35份)及水(55份)混合及粉碎以分別地產生各調配物。
混合“甲醯胺化合物”(1)至(5)中之一者(5份)、噻唑菌胺(10份)、山梨醇酐三油酸酯(1.5份)、及包含聚乙烯醇(2份)之水溶液(28.5份),並藉由濕式研磨法將混合物粉碎。將包含三仙膠(0.05份)和矽酸鎂鋁(0.1份)之水溶液(45份)加至粉碎混合物,及將另外的丙二醇(10份)加至混合物。藉由攪拌混合所得混合物以分別地產生各調配物。
將“甲醯胺化合物”(1)至(5)中之一者(1份)、噻唑菌胺(4份)、合成的水合氧化矽(1份)、木質素磺酸鈣(2份)、膨潤土(30份)和高嶺土(62份)徹底地混合及磨碎。將水加至混合物,並將混合物充分地捏合,粒化且然後乾燥以分別地產生各調配物。
將“甲醯胺化合物”(1)至(5)中之一者(12.5份)、噻唑菌胺(37.5份)、木質素磺酸鈣(3份)、硫酸月桂酯鈉(2份)和合成的水合氧化矽(45份)徹底地混合及磨碎以分別地產生各調配物。
將“甲醯胺化合物”(1)至(5)中之一者(3份)、噻唑菌胺(2份)、高嶺土(85份)和滑石(10份)徹底地混合及磨碎以分別地產生各調配物。
下文中顯示使用各“組成物”之試驗例。
使用供種子處理用之旋轉裝置(拌種機,由Hans-Ulrich Hege GmbH製造)將包含預定量(重量)之試驗化合物的環己酮溶液(100微升)施用於大豆種子(品種:Natto shoryu)(10克)。
在施用一天之後,將塑膠盆裝滿被立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)污染的土壤,並將用試驗化合物處理之種子播種在土壤中,且在玻璃溫室中栽培長達20天(下文稱為“處理土地”)。
其後,觀察在從各種子發芽的幼苗中由立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)引起之疾病的存在及根據下列計算式(1)計算疾病嚴重性。
另一方面,以如上述相同方式栽培沒有如上述處理之大豆種子(下文稱為“未處理土地”)且以如上述“處理土地”相同之方式計算“未處理土地”中之疾病嚴重性。
根據上述“處理土地”和“未處理土地”中的疾病嚴重性,根據下列計算式(2)計算“處理土地”中之效力。
結果顯示在表1及表2中。
