Description
本申請案請求於2013年10月22日提申之美國臨時專利申請案第61/894,167號“SYNERGISTIC PESTICIDAL COMPOSITIONS AND RELATED METHODS”之申請日之權益。
此揭示內容有關具有抗線蟲動物門、節足動物門和/或軟體動物門之害蟲之殺蟲效果之化合物、生產此化合物之方法以及用於此方法之中間產物之領域。此等化合物可用作為,例如,殺線蟲劑、殺蜱蟎劑、殺蟎劑和/或殺螺劑。
控制害蟲種群,對人類健康、現代農業、食物貯存以及衛生是至關重要的。有超過一萬種的害蟲會導致農業損失,而每年全球農業損失數量達數十億美元。因此,一直有新的殺蟲劑以及產生與使用此等殺蟲劑之方法之需求。
殺蟲劑抗藥性執行委員會(The Insecticide
Resistance Action Committee;IRAC)依據殺蟲劑最有效的作用模式之證據,將殺蟲劑分成幾個類別。IRAC作用模式群組6中之殺蟲劑,是氯離子通道活化劑。此類之殺蟲劑據信會異位地活化麩胺酸閘控的氯離子通道(GluCls),導致受影響的昆蟲麻痺。已有報告指出,麩胺酸是昆蟲中很重要的抑制性神經傳導物質。此類之殺蟲劑可為阿維菌素(avermectins)為主的化合物或米爾貝黴素(milbemycins)為主的化合物。此等殺蟲劑之例子可包括阿巴汀(abamectin)、因滅汀(emamectin benzoate)、雷皮菌素(lepimectin)或密滅汀(milbemectin)。

雖然良好的害蟲管理實務,可採用交替施用具不
同作用模式之殺蟲劑,但此方法不一定可滿足昆蟲的控制。此外,即使已有結合殺蟲劑之研究,但並不是一直可找到高的協同性作用。
在此使用之術語“協同性作用”或其文法上之變
化,意指且包括,二或多種活性化合物結合時產生之合作作用,其中該二或多種活性化合物之結合活性,超過各單獨活性化合物之活性的總合。
在此使用之術語“協同性有效量”,意指且包括,
可提供以上所定義之協同性作用之二或多種活性化合物的數量。
在此使用之術語“殺蟲有效量”,意指且包括,會
對至少一種害蟲引起不良反應之活性殺蟲劑的數量,其中該不良反應可包括偏離自然的發展、殺死、調節等等。
在此所使用之術語“控制”或其文法上之變化,意
指且包括,調節活害蟲之數目或調節害蟲之可存活卵之數目,或二者。
在此所使用之術語“氯離子通道活化劑化合
物”,意指且包括,任何經由殺蟲劑抗藥性執行委員會,根據作用模式之最佳可得證據,分類在IRAC作用模式為群組6下之殺蟲劑。
在一特定具體例中,殺蟲組成物包含一協同性有

令人訝異地,本發明之殺蟲組成物,在使用較低
的氯離子通道活化劑化合物與殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之結合濃度位準下,具有比單獨施用該氯離子通道活化劑化合物以及該殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽可達到的,更優越的害蟲控制。換句話說,該協同性殺蟲組成物不僅僅是混合二種活性化合物,產生該組成物中所使用之活性化合物之特性集合而已。
在一些具體例中,該殺蟲組成物可包含一協同性

該協同性殺蟲組成物中,該殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其
任一農業上可接受之鹽,對該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比是可變動的,且可與該等於表1A、表1B以及表1C中所述的不同。熟悉此技藝之人士應能了解,該等活性化合物之結合的協同性有效量,會依照各種主導條件改變。此等主導條件之非限制性例子,可包括害蟲類型、作物類型、施用模式、施用時程、氣候條件、土壤條件、地形特徵等等。當然,熟悉此技藝之人士可很容易地依照該主導條件,決定該氯離子通道活化劑化合物與該殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之協同性有效量。
在一些具體例中,該殺蟲組成物可包含一協同性

基)硫代)丙醯胺(I)、N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亞磺醯基)丙醯胺(II),或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑之結合,以及一植物學上可接受之惰性載劑(如,固體載劑或液體載劑)。
在另外的具體例中,該殺蟲組成物可另外包含至
少一種擇自於下列之添加劑:界面活性劑、安定劑、催吐劑、崩散劑、消泡劑、潤濕劑、分散劑、結合劑、染料、填料或其組合。
在特定具體例中,該等殺蟲劑中之每一個(氯離
子通道活化劑化合物,以及擇自於N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫代)丙醯胺(I)、N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亞磺醯基)丙醯胺(II),或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑),可分開配製成可濕性粉末、可乳化濃縮物、水性或液態可流動的懸浮濃縮物,或任何一種可用於殺蟲劑之習用配方,然後在田野中,與水或其它供以液態噴灑混合物之形式施用之液體桶混。需要時,該分開配製的殺蟲劑,亦可依序施用。
在一些具體例中,該協同性殺蟲組成物可配製成

協同性作用是否存在之測定
使用Colby S.R.,“Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses of Herbicide Combinations,”Weeds,1967,15,20-22中所述之方法,來測定配製好的殺蟲組成物中,氯離子通道活化劑化合物與殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之間,是否存在協同性作用。在此方法中,將在此研究中觀察到之配製好的殺蟲組成物之昆蟲控制百分比,與用以下方程式(1)(之後稱“Colby氏方程式”)計算而得之“預期的”控制百分比(E)相比:

N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫代)丙醯胺(I)與因滅汀,抗小菜蛾,Plutella xylostella,之協同性作用
藉由充分地混合約0.0025重量%之N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫代)丙醯胺(之後稱“化合物I”)與約0.000078重量%之因滅汀,製備殺蟲組成物。
針對不同的活性化合物進行生物分析。使用履帶式噴灑器,以400L/Ha噴灑容積,施用不同的活性化合物,處理具有約二至三個新長出真葉階段之甘藍植物。用三隻二齡若蟲小菜蛾,Plutella xylostella,感染每一個葉皿。處理後三天所測得之控制百分比顯示於表2中。測定該殺蟲組成物抗小菜蛾,Plutella xylostella,之控制百分比,作為“觀察的”作用,然後與該等單獨使用約0.0025重量%之化合物II以及使用約0.000078重量%之因滅汀獲得的相比。使用之

制百分比(100%),高於根據Colby氏方程式之預期的控制百分比(91.7%)。此比Colby氏之預期的作用改善9%。因此,含有0.0025重量%之化合物I與約0.000078重量%之因滅汀之殺蟲組成物,在抗小菜蛾方面,顯示出協同性作用。
藉由充分地混合約0.0025重量%之化合物I與約0.000039重量%之因滅汀,製備殺蟲組成物。

預期該殺蟲組成物抗小菜蛾,Plutella xylostella,之觀察的控制百分比,會大於根據Colby氏方程式之預期的控制百分比。因此,預期包含化合物I(重量%)或化合物II(重量%)與因滅汀(重量%)之殺蟲組成物,在抗小菜蛾,Plutella xylostella,方面,會顯示出協同性作用。

Claims (28)
- 一種殺蟲組成物,其包含一協同性有效量之下列:氯離子通道活化劑化合物;以及殺蟲劑,其擇自於N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫代)丙醯胺(I)、N-(3-氯基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亞磺醯基)丙醯胺(II),或其任一農業上可接受之鹽,
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該氯離子通道活化劑化合物包含阿維菌素(avermectins)為主的化合物。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該氯離子通道活化劑化合物包含米爾貝鰴素(milbemycins)為主的化合物。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該氯離子通道活化劑化合物包含阿巴汀(abamectin)、因滅汀(emamectin benzoate)、雷皮菌素(lepimectin)以及密滅汀(milbemectin)中之至少一種。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該氯離子通道活化劑化合物包含因滅汀(emamectin benzoate)。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其另外包含一植物學上可接受之惰性載劑。

- 如請求項1之組成物,其另外包含一或多種為下列之化合物:拒食劑、鳥忌避劑、化學不孕劑、除草劑解毒劑、昆蟲引誘劑、昆蟲忌避劑、哺乳動物忌避劑、交配干擾劑、植物活化劑、植物生長調節劑、協同劑或其等之組合。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該擇自於(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑,對該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比,不超過約2048:1。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該擇自於(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑,對該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比,不超過約256:1。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該擇自於(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑,對該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比,不超過約64:1。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該擇自於(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑,對該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比,不超過約32:1。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該擇自於(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之殺蟲劑,對該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比,不超過約16:1。
- 如請求項1之組成物,其中該殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽,與該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比為X:Y;其中,X是該殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽之重量部分,且數值範圍為0<X≦20;Y是該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量部分,且數值範圍為0<Y≦20。
- 如請求項15之組成物,其中該殺蟲劑(I)、(II)或其任一農業上可接受之鹽,與該氯離子通道活化劑化合物之重量比範圍為X 1 :Y 1 至X 2 :Y2,其中滿足下列條件之一者: (a)X 1 >Y 1 以及X 2 <Y 2 ;或(b)X 1 >Y 1 以及X 2 >Y 2 ;或(c)X 1 <Y 1 以及X 2 <Y 2 。
