經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印製 210310 A6 __B6_五、發明説〒(1 ) 本發明係關於一種方法,用K製造重量輕且具有高強度 之自行車架。 按傳統之自行車架,主要是K金鼷材料製成*由早期的 锇演變成鉻鉬鋦及鋁合金。由於金羼材料比重較高,相對 的製成車架亦較重,為了減輕車架重量,於是就有使用非 金靥材料製成自行車架之構想,如使用碳纖維複合材料。 纖維強化樹脂複合材料具有質輕、高比強度、高比剛性 等優點,應用於自行車架上•明顯地降低了車架重量。K 目前市面上可見之產品而言,數最最多者即是接頭式碳纖 維車架,係採用鋁接頭,配合碳孅維管,Μ高分子黏著劑 接合成車架。此種碳纖維車架的缺點*在於鋁接頭與碳纖 維管之間,僅靠黏著劑傳遞力悬,因此強度較差,且其接 合好壞,亦影響到車架品質。再者*二種材料之熱膨脹係 數不同*易造成應力集中現象。為了改菩埴些缺點•於是 發展出單殼结構(Mo nocoque)複合材料自行車架,即全部 車架都以複合材料製造,僅在霈要與金題零件装配接觸地 方,嵌上金靥。有鼷單殻结構複合材料自行車架的製造· 已揭示於美國專利號碼第孕八五0六〇七,四八八九三五 五及四九〇二四五八號。此車架雖然増加了其強度且減少 了主要结構接著點之數目,但仍然存在著Μ下之缺失: (¾ 車架之成型係採用三片横,鳌副横具太厚(約20至 25公分)且太重,熱傅導不易*使得加熱速度慢,造 成成型加工速度慢·且成型遇期長,因而降低了產量 。若模具係Μ金羼製造*由於其棋具大,精度要求高 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁) 訂. 線. 本纸張又度適用中圃圃家橒準(CNS)伊4砂.格(210 X 297 i、绛) 210310 A6 B6 五、發明説明(2) ,使得加工機器將更為醣大,因而大幅增加了製造費 用。 <b) 車架係採用三片横一體成型,由於三片棋體積靦大, 故β層好的預浸材料放入模穴及合棋動作均較為困_ •常有預浸材料被模具夾住之現象,其中又Μ後三角 中間塊推入合模時最易夾横。 <〇 後上叉及後下叉係採用發泡成型,而非採用較佳之吹 氣成型。按吹氣成型具有成本低,成型品質可靠及吹 完氣後氣袋可取出而不增加重量等優點。反之,前述 採用發泡成型之方式*其發泡留在車架内會增加重量 約50至100公克。若欲減輕重量,則必須使用溶劑溶 出,且發泡必須使用熱塑性塑膠,然其Tg點均以11〇 居多,而複合材料成型溫度介於120至130¾,在此 溫度發泡塑膠會產生收縮(因已超過其Tg點),故發泡 壓力不足而造成複合材料之叠廇不能緊密成型且影響 其品質。另,熱塑性發泡以溶劑溶出之方式,其速度 慢又增加工時,且溶劑常會降低複合材料強度。 (d) 管子係由相對之二半_段重叠而成,其中鄰接之壁段 之間形成重β緣(Overlapping Edges) ·而重叠緣間 之潘維並不連續,偽呈剪斷現象。由於鄰接管子間之 懕力負荷僅靠界面間接著之樹脂傳埵,故此種車架之 強度較低,且長期使用,亦容易於此接合處產生破裂 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) —裝. 訂. .線- 經濟部中央標準局MC工消費合作社印製 展 發 之 明 發 本 有 是 於 失 缺 之 架 ί 行 自 。造 壊製 損述 成前 造服 而克 為 210310 A6 B6 經濟部中央標準局員工消费合作社印製 五、發明説明(3 ) 。有闞本發明所製成之自行車结構,涤使用碳纖維、玻璃 纖維及克維拉(KEVLAR®*)纖維的樹脂預浸材料。該車架包 括位於把手支撐具及座位支撐具間之上管,位於把手支撐 具及踏板支撐具間之下管,位於座位支撐具及踏板支撐具 間之座管,及Μ —對後輪勾爪而將一對自座位支撐具延伸 之後上叉埋接至一對自踏板支撐具延伸之一對後下叉*其 中把手支撐具係用以安裝前叉總成•座位支撐具係用以安 装座位缌成,踏板支撐具係用以安装踏板缌成。 本車架成品之壁厚約為35至125密爾(·Ι1),其叠曆方式 係先Μ預浸材料(prepreg) β於心横上叠層。心横係由橡 膠(如矽橡膠)及鋁棒姐成*且其設計係依車架各部而有所 不同。心横係架在鋁基座上,心棋外徑尺寸即是成品尺寸 扣除預浸材料厚度。預浸材料層偽Μ單向及钃嫌布 (fabrics)為主,而通常都使用單一方向纖維•且纖維的 角度界於0至45度間。預浸材料所使用的層數及角度係由 力學的结構分析來決定,如後上叉、後下叉、上管、下管 及座管各部位之層數與角度都不同。各層預浸材料於叠上 心模時*係將每塊預浸材科之缺口錯開,故針對中空管壁 截面而言*即具有連續嫌維*因而增加结構強度。若將心 横自疊層好之預浸材料層中抽出*即可得到與車架各部形 狀一樣之中空叠層。 本發明中所採用之吹氣成型法,主要係使用尼饞氣袋, 厚度約50至150 w *外徑輿中空叠層之内徑一樣或稍大。 對於局部之死角地區,可以發泡體填塞,以便氣袋吹氣時 (請先閲讀背面之注意^項再填寫本頁) 叫 —裝. 訂_ —線· 210310 A6 B6 經濟部中央揉準局貝工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(4 ) 傳遞壓力至死角地區。吹氣成型之壓力範圃由15至500 psig,較佳者為100psig 。又預浸材料圈之硬化成型*另 箱對横具加熱,而加熱溫度則依選取之材料及各公司之推 薅值決定•例如,以TO H0公司之材料為例,需加熱至大約 2 50 T。當預浸材料層硬化完成後,待棋具適當冷卻,即 可將模具打開而將成品取出。至於吹氣成型中所使用之氣 袋,由於其重Μ甚輕•可留在車架内部,或是Μ習用方式 將其取出。 本發明之目的,在於提供一種具有高品霣且遘用於量產 之製造複合材料自行車架之方法,其中後上叉與座位支撐 具連同部份上管及座管,Μ及後下叉與踏板支撐具連同部 份下管及座管予以個別成型,再將後輪勾爪插入後上叉與 後下叉之間而接著之,俾完成後三角姐合;另將把手支撐 具連同上管及下管,Μ及單獮之座管予Μ個別疊層;叠層 後尚未硬化之座管,把手支撐具與上管及下管之組合,則 連接於已硬化成型之後三角;最後將上管、下管及座管所 形成之前三角予Μ硬化,即完成g副車架之成型。 本創作之另一目的,在聆提供一種製造裡合材料自行車 架之方法,係採用分段成型方式,對於車架中較複雜之座 位支撐具及踏板支撐具,可個別成型。由於其髑積較小, 且叠層、入棋、合横等動作均較容易,故可提高成品良率 。至於習用之一體成型方式,常因座位支撐具及踏板支撐 具於製造過程中所產生之瑕疵而必須將整車丢棄之缺失即 可避免。 ,請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 丁 % -6 - 210310 A6 _______ B6_ 五、發明説明(5 ) 本創作之再一目的.在於提供一種製造複合材料自行車 架之方法,其中所有之圚管部份,均利用吹氣成型,故具 有低成本及成型品霣可靠等優點。 本創作之又一目的,在於提供一種製造複合材料自行車 架之方法,其中未硬化之後上叉與座位支播具連同部份上 管及座管之組合·係放置於第一姐母棋具中予以硬化成型 ;未硬化之後下叉與踏板支撐具連同部份下管及座管之姐 合,係放置g第二組母模具中予Μ硬化成型。各姐母棋具 係由四片棋姐成,其中二片係上、下開横,另二Η為左、 右開模,可避免產生夾横現象。 為更清楚說明本發明之特微和功能•茲佐以匾示•詳细 說明如下: Η圖式部份: 圖1係根據本發明之製造方法所製成車架之立體圓;
