Best form for carrying out the invention The following is a specific description of the invention To explain, the present invention provides a thermoplastic resin concrete mold frame (hereinafter referred to simply as “hereinafter referred to as”) which is formed by thermocompression molding of a glass fiber thermoplastic resin containing 5 to 35 weight% of an average fiber length of 0.1 mm to 50 in m. It is the concrete formwork frame), the top plate and the rib plate are integrated into the same forming body, and the thickness t of the top plate and the height h of the rib plate are t = 2.5 ~ 5mm, t + h = 2 5 ~ 7 Omm Featured thermoplastic resin blend Concrete mold frame. In the thermoplastic resin concrete formwork of the present invention, the length of the glass fiber blended in the thermoplastic resin is 0.1 ~ 50mm, which is less than < please read the precautions on the back and then fill out this page)-Binding book The paper size is in accordance with Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specifications (210X297 mm) A6 B6 Printed by the Employee Consumer Cooperative of the Central Standards Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 5. The description of the invention (4) It is preferably in the range of 1 ~ 15 mm. When the glass fiber is short, the sufficient strength of the concrete formwork cannot be obtained, and when the glass fiber longer than this is used, the fillability to the rib plate portion is not good, unless uniform glass can not be obtained In addition to fiber-dispersed products, there is also the problem that it is difficult to crush when damaged and reused. The glass fiber is usually used in the range of 1 to 50 m, and is not particularly limited. Although such a glass fiber does not need to treat its surface, it is better to use amine groups, vinyl silane, etc. as the surface treatment, and the form of use can be a single fiber, or a few dozen to hundreds of single Fiber bundles in which fibers are condensed with a convergent may also be used. Regarding the blending amount of glass fiber in the thermoplastic resin, it is regarded as the physical strength of the concrete formwork or manufacturing problems. The content of the glass fiber must be 1 5 ~ 35% by weight, preferably 10 ~ 30% by weight. When the content is lower than this range, there will be defects in the mechanical strength of the product, and when it exceeds this range, there will be problems in nailing and drilling the product. Examples of the thermoplastic resin used in the present invention include general thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. Modified products, alloy polymers or mixtures of these, but polypropylene resins such as acrylic polymers or copolymers are preferred. Such a thermoplastic resin may be blended with various additives or colorants such as heat stabilizers, ultraviolet inhibitors, inorganic fillers, etc. as needed. Invention Instructions (5) When such a third component is blended, the content of the glass fiber is aimed only at the thermoplastic resin from which these components are removed. The thermoplastic resin concrete mold frame of the present invention has a shape in which the ribs for reinforcement of the top plate are formed into the same molded body and are integrally provided. If it is necessary to provide side plates around the top plate. At this time, usually a part of the ribs is provided as a side plate around the top plate, but it may have any width and height different from the ribs, preferably the same or lower than the ribs. Here, as the same molded body, the integrated structure is that the top plate and the rib plate are formed of the same material and are integrally formed at the same time. It does not contain the @plate and the rib plate separately, and the two are used as an adhesive or after Those who join by dissolving adhesion etc. In the present invention, the thickness of the top plate is in the range of 2.5 ~ 5mm. If the thickness is 2.5mm thinner than this thickness, the mechanical strength will be poor, and when it exceeds 5mm, it will not be better. Factor, which is wasted by unnecessary thickness, will also undermine the advantages of lightweight. The sum of the height of the ribs and the thickness t of the top plate is t + h = 2 5 ~ 7 Omm, preferably 5 9 ~ 6 6mm, more preferably 6 1 ~ 6 5mm, the above factors are extremely important, as here Below the range, the height will be insufficient to obtain sufficient reinforcement effect, and if it exceeds this range, there will be no more enhancing effect, not only uneconomical, but also the thickness of the concrete formwork will increase Therefore, it will become unfavorable during transportation or on-site construction. In particular, in the concrete formwork frame of the present invention, when t + η is 5 9 ~ 6 6mm, more preferably 6 1 ~ 6 5mm, it can be compared with The widely used plywood and other panels and the concrete formwork combined with the stacking wood. Description of the invention (6) Used together, it is also very beneficial on the practical level. The width w of the rib is in the top part of the top plate, usually 0.5 t ~ T, the front end of the rib is usually the same width, but the front end of the rib is slightly thinner, in the top plate and the junction There are 2 degrees or less, preferably 1 degree or less, and more preferably a bevel angle of 5 degrees or less, which facilitates the extraction of molded products at the time of manufacture. Regarding this rib, it can be installed anywhere in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the concrete formwork, of course, it can be installed on both sides. The number of ribs varies according to the size of the concrete formwork, the thickness of the top plate, and other conditions. Although it is not particularly limited, it is usually set at intervals of 20 to 300 mm in the width direction. In addition, in the thermoplastic resin concrete mold frame of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned ribs, auxiliary ribs or vent holes that are lower than the height of the ribs may be suitably provided as needed. The thermoplastic resin concrete mold frame of the present invention is a thermoplastic resin containing the aforementioned glass fiber, which is manufactured as a single molded body by a hot press molding method. As the molding method of the thermoplastic resin, there are various methods such as the injection molding method or the method of pouring the molten resin into the mold frame, but the thermoplastic resin concrete mold frame of the present invention must be molded by the hot press molding method. In the manufacturing method such as injection molding, because the glass fiber breakage is very significant, it is difficult to contain the glass fiber of the desired length, resulting in the deterioration of the resin rib of the rib plate, the bending or deformation of the product, so that it cannot be obtained Fully used as practical concrete formwork products. {Please read the precautions on the back before filling the nest page.) The size of the paper is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A 4 specifications (210x 297 mm) A6 B6 printed by the consumer cooperation of the Central Standards Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Description of the invention (7) Regarding this hot press forming method, the glass fiber-containing thermoplastic resin used as the raw material may be a melt of the glass fiber-containing thermoplastic resin 'or may be pre-manufactured The glass fiber thermoplastic resin sheet may be, for example, a pressable sheet heated above the melting temperature of the resin. When a high-ribbed sheet product is to be manufactured, it is preferable to use the former melt. As the hot press forming method, for example, as shown in Figure 3A, Figure 3B and Figure 2C and Figure 4A, Figure 4B and Figure 4C, in order to assume the shape of the product, use The upper and lower male and female molds 2 and 3 are designed, and the cavity is located between the two unclosed molds. After the plasticizing device (not shown) supplies the glass fiber-containing thermoplastic resin 1 that is heated above the resin melting temperature, Or, while supplying, until the grooves of the two molds have a predetermined gap, the molds are tightened, and the molded product after pressure and cooling is taken out. At this time, as a method of supplying the melt of the thermoplastic resin containing glass fibers, as shown in FIG. 3, it can be supplied into the cavity through the resin passage 4 provided in the mold (hereinafter, this method is called injection Extrusion method) .. In addition, when using a thermoplastic resin sheet containing glass fibers (hereinafter referred to as a sheet stamping method), the sheet is heated in advance in an infrared heating furnace or the like to above the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin, and this heated sheet is placed on both the male and female After the mold, the two molds are tightened, or as shown in Figures 5A and 5B, a glass fiber-containing thermoplastic resin sheet that can be heated is placed between the male and female molds, according to the After heating the device to the molten state, the two molds are tightened. The thermoplastic resin concrete mold frame of the present invention is usually such a product, for example, when a smooth concrete surface is directly added to the exterior, the surface ... .................................................. ......................................................................... ............ see (please read the precautions on the back before filling the nest page) This paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A 4 specifications (210x297 mm) Employees of the Central Bureau of Standards of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Printed by the consumer cooperative A6 ______B6 V. Description of the invention (8). For the purpose of surface planarization, the surface material can be laminated according to its needs. For the relevant surface materials, various thermoplastic resin sheets and films can be exemplified. In the manufacture of a concrete mold frame that adheres to the surface, such as the aforementioned concrete mold frame, before the glass fiber-containing thermoplastic resin sheet heated to a melting temperature above the melting temperature of the glass fiber-containing thermoplastic resin-containing melt is supplied between the male and female molds It can be easily obtained by placing the surface material between the male and female molds in advance. Contrary to the above-mentioned smoothing, when the surface decoration material is adhered to the concrete surface, the surface may be a concrete mold frame provided with concave or convex patterns. When grouting concrete with a concrete mold frame with concave or convex patterns in this way, the pattern will be transferred to the concrete surface. Through the transferred concave and convex pattern, the concrete surface will be rough, making the concrete surface and the adhesive or cement mortar The adhesion is improved. As such a concave or convex pattern, when the pattern is transferred to the concrete surface, as long as it can be uneven on the concrete surface, 'without any restrictions, it can be set as a continuous variety of columnar patterns or, Curtain-shaped, lattice-shaped, wave-shaped, tile-shaped concave or convex patterns, or a plurality of independent square, round, cross-shaped projections. The area ratio of the pattern on the panel plane is usually 1 Q% or more, preferably 30% or more in terms of the projected area of the concave or convex portion. The size of the individual patterns can be any, but when applying adhesive or cement mortar on the concrete surface, there must be a size that can obtain sufficient adhesion strength. If it is too large or too small, the difference from the smooth surface is not enough. The adhesion effect is not ideal. Invention Instructions (9) In addition, the position of the pattern is generally uniform with the panel The ground distribution is better, but only part of the grouted concrete surface is for the purpose of using the adhesive surface decoration material Ling, and it is partly set. The height of such a pattern (the depth of the pattern when it is concave) is too high The adhesive material layer of the adhesive surface decoration material will become thicker, so that the adhesive material exceeds the required amount, and the adhesive strength will also be reduced, and it will make the peeling operation of the concrete mold frame after the concrete grouting difficult, but when it is too low At this time, it can not be distinguished from the smooth surface, so that the adhesion strength of the surface decoration material is not sufficient, usually 0. 2 ~ 5mm degree. Of course, when the pattern is concave, the thickness of the panel The degree of inadequate will not be underestimated. The thermoplastic resin concrete formwork of the present invention is lightweight, has good nailing and sawing properties, and does not require stacking, so it has good workability and is in circulation. It has many advantages such as excellent performance, and the concrete formwork of the present invention can be used not only alone, but also in combination with the concrete formwork in the past, so it is also very useful in terms of practicality. In addition, it has a concave surface The concrete pattern frame of the shape or the convex pattern is to transfer the corresponding pattern on the obtained concrete surface when the concrete frame is grouted with concrete, so that the surface is rough, so the strong adhesion on the concrete surface is the adhesion of marble or ceramic tiles, etc. Surface decoration materials such as cement mortar, etc., as a result, the surface decoration agent can be strongly adhered to the concrete surface.
