Description
本發明係關於一種包裝體及類似物。
為改良熱塑性聚合物組合物之加工穩定性,已知(例如)將一化合物(諸如2-第三丁基-6-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-甲基苯甲基)-4-甲基苯基丙烯酸酯等)摻入熱塑性聚合物中(專利文件1)。
(專利文件1)JP-A No. 62-18445。
希望發展一種進一步改良熱塑性聚合物組合物之加工穩定性之技術。
在此等情形下,本發明者已研究並隨後完成下述之本發明。
亦即,本發明提供下列[1]至[5]。
[1]一種包裝體,其包括一袋狀體,該袋狀物填充下式(1)之化合物及進一步填充惰性氣體以便以就由袋狀體形成之內部空間之總容量而言佔80vol%或以上:

用於本發明包裝體(在下文中一些情形下敘述為本包裝體)之化合物為上述式(1)之化合物(在下文中一些情形下敘述為化合物(1))。
在化合物(1)中,R1
及R2
各獨立表示具有1至8個碳原子之烷基或具有5至8個碳原子之環烷基。
烷基之實例包括甲基、乙基、正丙基、異丙基、正丁基、異丁基、第三丁基、正戊基、異戊基、第三戊基、2-乙基己基等,及環烷基之實例包括環戊基、環己基、環辛基、3-甲基環戊基、4-甲基環戊基、3-甲基環己基等,並以第三烷基(諸如第三丁基及第三戊基等)為較佳及以第三戊基為更佳。
在式(1)中,R3
表示氫原子或甲基,並以氫原子為較佳。
在式(1)中,X表示單鍵、硫原子、氧原子、具有1至8個碳原子之亞烷基(諸如亞甲基、亞乙基、亞丙基、亞丁基等)或具有5至8個碳原子之亞環烷基(諸如亞環戊基、亞環己基等)。
化合物(1)之實例包括2-[1-(2-羥基-3,5-二-第三戊基苯基)乙基]-4,6-二-第三戊基苯基丙烯酸酯,2-第三丁基-6-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-甲基苯甲基)-4-甲基苯基丙烯酸酯,2,4-二-第三丁基-6-[1-(3,5-二-第三丁基-2-羥基苯基)乙基]苯基丙烯酸酯,2-第三丁基-6-[1-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)乙基]-4-甲基苯基丙烯酸酯,2-第三丁基-6-[1-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙基]-4-甲基苯基丙烯酸酯,2-第三丁基-6-[1-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-丙基苯基)乙基]-4-丙基苯基丙烯酸酯,2-第三丁基-6-[1-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-異丙基苯基)乙基]-4-異丙基苯基丙烯酸酯等,較佳係2-[1-(2-羥基-3,5-二-第三戊基苯基)乙基]-4,6-二-第三戊基苯基丙烯酸酯或2-第三丁基-6-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-甲基苯甲基)-4-甲基苯基丙烯酸酯。
作為構成袋狀體之包裹材料,可列出織物、紙、皮革、麻、樹脂、金屬等,且較佳係氣體阻隔包裹材料。
作為氣體阻隔包裹材料,可提及具有較佳為200[cm3
‧25μm‧m-2

]或更小、更佳為100[cm3

]或更小、尤其較佳為50[cm3

]或更小之透氧率之包裹材料。
包裹材料之材料實例包括塑料膜,諸如聚乙烯醇膜、聚醯胺膜、聚丙烯腈膜、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜、尼龍膜、耐濕玻璃紙膜、聚偏二氯乙烯膜等;共聚合聚烯烴共聚物膜諸如氯乙烯-丙烯共聚合塑膠膜、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚合塑膠膜等;及其複合膜等。
作為氣體阻隔包裹材料之材料,可使用層壓膜,其係藉由氣相沉積金屬(諸如鋁等)於可透氧膜(諸如聚乙烯膜、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜等)上以產生200[cm3
‧25μm‧m-2

]或更小之透氧率,及亦可使用藉由進一步氣相沉積金屬(諸如鋁等)於已具有200[cm3

]或更小之透氧率之膜上所獲得之層壓膜。
作為氣體阻隔包裹材料之材料,以鋁氣相沉積之層壓膜為較佳並以藉由氣相沉積金屬(諸如鋁等)於可透氧膜上所獲得之層壓膜為更佳。
本包裝體係藉由化合物(1)填充袋狀體獲得。
作為上述袋狀體,例如,紙包裹材料可藉由線等縫合而密封以獲得袋狀體,或氣體阻隔包裹材料可藉由熱壓縮接合等密封以獲得袋狀體。
進一步填充惰性氣體以就由袋狀體形成之內部空間之總容量而言80vol%或以上。惰性氣體所佔容量較佳係83vol%或以上,更佳係90vol%或以上。
文中之慣用語「就由袋狀體形成之內部空間之總容量而言」係指無關密封與否,由形成袋狀體之氣體阻隔包裹材料所形成與外部空間隔離之暫時或永久空間之體積容量。
惰性氣體之實例包括稀有氣體諸如氦氣、氬氣等;氮氣、二氧化碳等。較佳係氮氣或氬氣,及更佳係氮氣。
作為製造本包裝體之方法,例如,一種製造方法包括以化合物(1)填充袋狀體之填充步驟,進一步將惰性氣體引入袋狀體以使氣體就由袋狀體形成之內部空間總容量而言佔80vol%或以上之引入步驟,及密封經由填充步驟及引入步驟所獲得之袋狀體之密封步驟,及可提及其他方法。
除了密封步驟外之其他兩個步驟,亦即填充步驟及引入步驟可以任何順序進行,及該填充步驟及引入步驟較佳係在進行密封步驟之前以任何順序進行。
具體提及:一種方法,其中進行以化合物(1)填充袋狀體之填充步驟,然後,進行將惰性氣體引入以使其就由填充步驟中所獲得之袋狀體所形成之內部空間之總容量而言佔80vol%或以上之引入步驟,及密封引入步驟中所獲得之袋狀體;一種方法,其中在以80vol%或以上之惰性氣體置換之處,進行引入惰性氣體以使其就由袋狀體形成之內部空間總容量而言佔80vol%或以上之引入步驟,在以80vol%或以上之惰性氣體置換之處,以化合物(1)填充引入步驟中所獲得之袋狀體之填充步驟;及其他方法。
待用於密封步驟中之密封方法之實例包括一種進行熱壓縮接合之方法,一種以拉鍊、夾盤等密封之方法,一種以線等縫合之方法,及其他方法。
一種藉由從本發明之包裝體移出化合物(1)並繼以將該化合物(1)摻入一種熱塑性聚合物中而無長時間留置所製備之熱塑性聚合物組合物在加工穩定性上極佳並具有抑色效果。
該熱塑性聚合物未受特定限制,前提是其為市售熱塑性聚合物,及較佳係藉由溶液聚合獲得之熱塑性聚合物。其中提及聚丙烯樹脂諸如乙烯-丙烯共聚物等;聚乙烯樹脂(高密度聚乙烯(HD-PE)、低密度聚乙烯(LD-PE)、線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)等)、甲基戊烯聚合物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-乙烯基醋酸酯共聚物、聚苯乙烯類(聚苯乙烯諸如聚(對甲基苯乙烯)、聚(α-甲基苯乙烯)或類似物,及丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、特別丙烯酸橡膠-丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物、丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物等)、氯化聚乙烯、聚氯丁二烯、氯化橡膠、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸樹脂、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、氟樹脂、聚縮醛、接枝聚苯醚樹脂、聚苯基硫樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯、聚醯胺、聚酯樹脂(例如,聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯等)、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碸、聚醚醚酮,聚醚碸、芳香族聚酯樹脂、苯二甲酸二烯丙酯預聚物、矽酮樹脂、1,2-聚丁二烯、聚異戊二烯、丁二烯/丙烯腈共聚物;乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲脂共聚物等,及特定而言,鑒於優良之成型可加工性,較佳係聚乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯樹脂及聚苯乙烯,及尤其以聚丙烯樹脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物及苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物為更佳。
化合物(1)之添加量就100重量份之熱塑性聚合物而言較佳係0.01至5重量份,更佳係0.02至2重量份,進一步較佳係0.05至1重量份,進一步較佳係0.1至0.6重量份。
上述熱塑性聚合物組合物係適用於(例如)食物包裝容器、日用雜貨、電子及電器部件及材料、運輸機械(諸如汽車等)之部件及材料等。
一種藉由從本包裝體移出保存於該包裝體之式(1)化合物並繼以將該化合物(1)摻入一種熱塑性聚合物中而無長時間留置所製備之熱塑性聚合物組合物在加工穩定性上極佳並具有抑色效果。
本發明將藉由如下提及之實例及參考實例加以詳述,但本發明不限於此。份數及%係按重量計算,除非另作說明。
在預先調節成83vol%之氮氣及17vol%之氧氣的手套箱中,將12g 2,4-二-第三戊基-6-[1-(3,5-二-第三戊基-2-羥基苯基)乙基]苯基丙烯酸酯(Sumilizer GS(F),註冊商標,其係由Sumitomo Chemical Co.,Ltd.製造)填充入具有夾盤(115mm×90mm,Seisannipponsha Ltd.,Lamizip AL-9)之袋狀體中,其中該袋狀體係由聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外層)/氣相沉積鋁之層/聚乙烯(內層)組成之氣體阻隔包裹材料(透氧率:0.1至1[cm3
‧25μm‧m-2
‧天-1
‧atm-1
])製成,然後密封地封閉夾盤以獲得一包裝體。
以上獲得之包裝體係在50℃下通風恒溫爐中保存1個月。
在上述保存後,從包裝體中移出上述化合物並將0.5份之移出化合物與100份之丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物(MI(230℃,負載:2.16kg):3g/10min.,其係由Sumitomo Chemical Co.,Ltd.製造)乾摻合,然後,在230℃及50rpm之螺桿轉速之條件下利用30mmφ單螺桿擠壓機(Tanabe Plastics Machinery Co.,Ltd.,VS30-28型擠壓機)揉捏所得摻合物,從而獲得熱塑性聚合物組合物小球。
令所得小球根據JIS K7105利用色度計(CM-3500d,其係由Konica Minolta Holdings,Inc.製造)進行黃色指數(YI)之測量。YI值越小,顏色越弱。
在<著色性質測試>中所獲得之小球係利用熔融指數計(L217-E14011,其係由TechnoSeven Co.,Ltd.製造)進行熔融流動速率(MFR,280℃,負載:2.16kg)之測量,獲得9.91之值。MFR值越小,加工穩定性越佳。
熱塑性聚合物組合物係根據與實例1相同之方法但除了將手套箱中氮氣含量如表1所述般改變外而製備,並評估所得熱塑性聚合物組合物之性能。此等結果連同實例1之結果係顯示於表1中。
對於「改善率」,令上述可在皮氏培養皿上靜置而無填充入袋狀體中之化合物在50℃下於通風恒溫爐中保存1個月並令所得參考物質根據與實例1相同之程序進行著色性質測試及加工穩定性測試(於下文中一些情形下敘述為參考實例1)並基於所得結果計算改善率。在實例1中,著色性質測試之改善率為:
{-6.01-(-5.39)}/(-5.39)×100=12(%)
由於參考實例1中之YI為-5.39且加工穩定性之改善率為:
(10.82-10.08)/10.82×100=6.8(%)
由於參考實例1中之MFR為10.82。
在空氣氛圍下,將12g 2,4-二-第三戊基-6-[1-(3,5-二-第三戊基-2-羥基苯基)乙基]苯基丙烯酸酯(Sumilizer GS(F),註冊商標,其係由Sumitomo Chemical Co.,Ltd.製造)填充入一具有夾盤(115mm×90mm,Seisannipponsha Ltd.,Lamizip AL-9)之袋狀體中,該袋狀體係由聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外層)/氣相沉積鋁之層/聚乙烯(內層)組成之氣體阻隔包裹材料(透氧率:0.1至1[cm3

(9.8Pa)之氮氣鋼瓶中將氮氣引入所得袋狀體中持續約1分鐘,接著密封封閉夾盤以獲得包裝體。
一種藉由從本包裝體移出保存於該包裝體中之式(1)化合物並繼以將該化合物(1)摻入一種熱塑性聚合物而無長時間留置所製得之熱塑性聚合物組合物在加工穩定性上極佳並具有抑色效果。
Claims (5)
- 一種包裝體,其包括袋狀體,該袋狀體填充下式(1)之化合物及進一步填充惰性氣體以就由袋狀體形成之內部空間之總容量而言佔80vol%或以上
(在式(1)中,R1 及R2 各獨立表示具有1至8個碳原子之烷基或具有5至8個碳原子之環烷基,R3 表示氫原子或甲基,及X表示單鍵、硫原子、氧原子、具有1至8個碳原子之亞烷基或具有5至8個碳原子之亞環烷基)。 - 如請求項1之包裝體,其中該袋狀體係由氣體阻隔包裹材料所製成。
- 如請求項2之包裝體,其中該氣體阻隔包裹材料具有200[cm3 ‧25μm‧m-2 ‧天-1 ‧atm-1 ]或更小之透氧率。
- 如請求項1之包裝體,其中該式(1)之化合物為2,4-二-第三戊基-6-[1-(3,5-二-第三戊基-2-羥基苯基)乙基]苯基丙烯酸酯或2-第三丁基-6-(3-第三丁基-2-羥基-5-甲基苯甲基)-4-甲基苯基丙烯酸酯。
- 一種製造包裝體之方法,其包括填充步驟,以下式(1)之化合物填充袋狀體,引入步驟,進一步將惰性氣體引入該袋狀體中以使氣體就由袋狀體形成之內部空間之總容量而言佔80vol%或以上,及密封步驟,密封經由填充步驟及引入步驟所獲得之袋狀體:
