Description

接線盒輔助固定結構
本創作係有關於一種接線盒輔助固定結構，尤指一種可避免因接線盒銹蝕而無法供開關座鎖設之缺失產生，同時可提升該接線盒之使用功效之接線盒輔助固定結構。
如圖一、二所示，家庭用的電器開關座(或插座)1，係安裝鎖固在嵌設於牆壁W的接線盒2上，該接線盒2的二側對相方式延設有鎖耳21，該開關座1中央可供電氣開關3嵌設，該開關座1的橫向二側對應於接線盒2的鎖耳21設有鎖孔11，該開關座1藉由鎖固元件S來穿設該開關座1的鎖孔11後，來將該開關座1鎖固於該接線盒2上，並於該開關座1的外側蓋設一裝飾用之外蓋12。
習用開關座1藉由上述的構造，固然已能達成將該開關座1鎖固於接線盒2上之目的。然而，如眾所周知，該接線盒2一般係以金屬材料所製成，因此該接線盒2極易受潮氧化而銹蝕，當該接線盒2一但有受潮氧化而銹蝕現象產生時，該接線盒2的鎖耳21會先銹蝕而斷裂；當該接線盒2的鎖耳21銹蝕而斷裂後，該開關座1就無鎖固點，進而會掉出該接線盒2外，並會成懸掛狀態懸於該接線盒2(即牆壁W)外。因此造成了開關座1使用上的不便利，更嚴重時會造成誤觸電的危險；更具體的說，當該接線盒2的鎖耳21一經銹蝕而斷裂，該接線盒2即喪失提供鎖固之功能，而該接線盒2又嵌鑲於牆壁W上，如要更換新的接線盒2勢必要敲開該牆壁W，此敲開該牆壁W工程相當煩瑣非一般使用者可自行施工，因此該接線盒2的鎖耳21銹蝕而斷裂，係一件非常困擾使用者的情事。
有鑑於習知接線盒2的構造具有上述之缺失，是以，要如何 提供一種當接線盒2銹蝕後，仍能使開關座1為一穩固的鎖固，實為目前接線盒製造業者所亟待解決之課題。
本創作主要目的在於，提供一種接線盒輔助固定結構，主要係欲克服習知接線盒常因銹蝕而無法提供開關座鎖固之缺失。
為此，本創作所使用之主要技術手段，乃在提供一種接線盒輔助固定結構，包含有一組設於接線盒上的輔助固定片，及一鎖固於輔助固定片上的開關座；該輔助固定片於徑向二側由外向內，依序設有左右對設之一對軸向之長槽孔、短槽孔及中央通孔，該中央通孔的四角隅朝輔助固定片之中央以斜向方式延設有固定摺片；該開關座的二側分別設有外鎖孔與內鎖孔，該外鎖孔係與該輔助固定片的長槽孔相對應，該內鎖孔係與該輔助固定片的短槽孔相對應。
本創作藉由上述主要技術手段所能達成之功效在於：藉由於該接線盒與開關座之間介設一輔助固定片，該輔助固定片可藉由固定摺片來卡設於該接線盒上，同時該輔助固定片可供該開關座鎖設，藉此避免因接線盒銹蝕而無法供開關座鎖設之缺失產生，同時可提升該接線盒之使用功效。

為使 貴審查員能更易於了解本創作之結構及所能達成之功效，茲配合圖式說明如後：首先，請先參閱圖三所示，本創作之接線盒輔助固定結構，包含有一組設於接線盒4上的輔助固定片5，及一鎖固於輔助固定片5上 的開關座6。
如圖三、四所示，該輔助固定片5係組設於該接線盒4的外側面上，該輔助固定片5於徑向二側由外向內，依序設有左右對設之一對軸向之長槽孔51、短槽孔52及中央通孔53，該中央通孔53的四角隅朝輔助固定片5之中央以斜向方式延設有固定摺片54；該中央通孔53可供開關7穿設。
如圖三所示，該開關座6的二側分別設有外鎖孔61與內鎖孔62，該外鎖孔61係與該輔助固定片5的長槽孔51相對應，該內鎖孔62係與該輔助固定片5的短槽孔52相對應；該開關座6的中央嵌設有開關7，該開關座6外側蓋設有裝飾用的外蓋8。
如圖三、四、五所示，本創作主要實施於已銹蝕的接線盒4上，當該接線盒4之任一鎖耳41因銹蝕而斷裂時，該輔助固定片5以該中央通孔53之四角隅的固定摺片54朝向該接線盒4的方向予以彎摺，藉此當該輔助固定片5蓋設於該接線盒4上時，該已彎摺的固定摺片54恰可卡設於該接線盒4內的四角隅上，藉此可令該輔助固定片5定位於該接線盒4的外側面上，並將該接線盒4予以覆蓋；而後再將該開關座6以鎖固元件S1，穿過該開關座6的內鎖孔62及輔助固定片5的短槽孔52，來將該開關座6及輔助固定片5一起鎖固該接線盒4尚未銹蝕鎖耳41上，再以另一鎖固元件S2穿設於開關座6的外鎖孔61及輔助固定片5的長槽孔51，來將該開關座6及輔助固定片5鎖固於牆壁W1上，藉此即使該開關座6得以穩固的鎖固於已銹蝕的接線盒4上。
本創作之功效在於，藉由於該接線盒4與開關座6之間介設一輔助固定片5，該輔助固定片5可藉由固定摺片54來卡設於該接線盒4上，同時該輔助固定片5可供該開關座6鎖設，藉此避免因接線盒4銹蝕而無法供開關座6鎖設之缺失產生，同時可提升該接線盒4之使用功效。
綜上所述，本創作藉由上述之接線盒輔助固定結構，確實能達成所訴求之目的與功效，應已符合新穎性、實用性及進步性之要件，爰依法提出新型專利之申請，祈請 貴審查員之詳鑑，惠賜准予新型專利之審定，至感德便。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種接線盒輔助固定結構，包含有一組設於接線盒上的輔助固定片，及一鎖固於輔助固定片上的開關座；該輔助固定片於徑向二側由外向內，依序設有左右對設之一對軸向之長槽孔、短槽孔及中央通孔，該中央通孔的四角隅朝輔助固定片之中央以斜向方式延設有固定摺片；該開關座的二側分別設有外鎖孔與內鎖孔，該外鎖孔係與該輔助固定片的長槽孔相對應，該內鎖孔係與該輔助固定片的短槽孔相對應。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之接線盒輔助固定結構，其中，該輔助固定片的中央通孔可供開關穿設。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之接線盒輔助固定結構，其中，該開關座的中央嵌設有開關，該開關座外側蓋設有裝飾用的外蓋。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之接線盒輔助固定結構，其中，該輔助固定片係藉由該固定摺片卡設於該接線盒上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之接線盒輔助固定結構，其中，該開關座與該輔助固定片可藉由鎖固元件穿設於開關座的外鎖孔及輔助固定片的長槽孔，來將該開關座及輔助固定片鎖固於牆壁上。
