Abstract

Даний винахід стосується способу термохімічного перетворення біомаси або іншої насиченої киснем вихідної сировини у високоякісне рідке вуглеводневе паливо. Зокрема, реактор каталітичного гідропіролізу, що містить глибокий шар псевдозріджених частинок каталізатора, використовується для введення частинок біомаси або іншої насиченої киснем вихідної сировини, які є значно дрібнішими, ніж частинки каталізатора в псевдозрідженому шарі. Реактор характеризується вставкою або іншою конструкцією, розташованою в реакторній посудині, яка перешкоджає "пробкоутворенню" шару і тому мінімізує стирання каталізатора. У шарі вихідна сировина біомаси перетворюється в парофазний продукт, що містить вуглеводневі молекули й інші пари способу, і продукт віднесеного твердого вугілля, який відділяється від потоку парів після того, як потік парів виходить з верхньої частини реактора.
