Abstract

Спосіб одержання кристалів дигідрату гідрохлориду ондансетрону зменшеного розміру, одержаного шляхом кристалізації з суміші водних розчинників. Дигідрат гідрохлориду ондансетрону десольвують за допомогою сушіння при температурі не нижче 40 °C і при атмосферному або зниженому тиску, рівному 200 мм рт.ст, або менше. Потім регідратують з отриманням кристалічного дигідрату гідрохлориду ондансетрону, в якому 100 мас.% кристалів мають розмір менше ніж 250 мкм і не менше 80 мас.% кристалів мають розмір менш ніж 63 мкм.
