Abstract
The invention relates to food industry. The method includes cleaning the raw material of the impurities, and grinding. As the initial raw material the seeds of white lupine of edible range are used, and after cleaning of the impurities the seeds are exposed to the infrared radiation with a temperature of 400–500 °C for 30–40 s, and decorticated.
