Abstract
The invention relates to the phosphide formulation, to phosphine production method. A formulation for use in the controlled generation of phosphine for fumigation is a dense mixture of dispersed phosphide. The mixture includes in addition an water-immiscible compound, inert to phosphide and belonging to the group of nonvolatile oil, wax with low melting temperature, mixtures of the nonvolatile oil with vaseline or wax with low melting temperature, a mixture of the nonvolatile oil, vaseline and wax with low melting temperature, the dense mixture having consistence of an extrudable paste or a dense suspension, and content of dispersed phosphide makes from 65 wt.% to 85 wt.% of the formulation.
