Abstract

Цей винахід стосується способу отримання профільованих виробів, що включають картон, який може використовуватись при виготовленні меблів, в житловому будівництві тощо, які отримують з частинок речовини рослинного походження. Спосіб виготовлення профільованого виробу включає стадії: змішування твердіючої під дією води в’яжучого з частинками речовини рослинного походження, для утворення першої суміші, вологомісткість якої є недостатньою для отвердіння в’яжучого перед розташуванням суміші у прес-форму, подачу першої суміші в прес-форму, що має плити для пресування, при цьому плити для пресування і перша суміш визначають поверхню розділу фаз, подачу води щонайменше на частину згаданої поверхні, при цьому кількість води, доданої на поверхню розділу фаз, разом з вологомісткістю першої суміші є достатньою для отвердіння в’яжучого, і дію на першу суміш підвищеними температурами і тиском.
