Abstract
Способ реконструктивного хирургического лечения митральной недостаточности осуществляется путем имплантации опорного кольца после выполнения клапаносберегающей коррекции митрального клапана. Опорное кольцо изготавливают непосредственно во время операции по размерам передней створки митрального клапана из инертного материала.
