Abstract
Способ хирургического лечения митральной недостаточности осуществляется путем протезирования митрального клапана одностворчатым дисковым протезом. Иссекают свободную поверхность передней и задней створок с сохранением фрагментов передней и задней створок с краевыми хордами, сохраненные фрагменты обеих створок отводят в зону основания задней створки. Имплантируют дисковый протез.
