Спосіб включає виділення лейкоцитарної маси з периферичної крові донора, хворого на хронічний лімфолейкоз, культивування отриманих вірусовмісних клітин, їх виділення з культуральної рідини з подальшим механічним руйнуванням, обробку одержаного лізату детергентом тритон Х-100 і виділення білкової фракції, яка використовується як імунізуючий агент.
