Abstract
( І ) Винахід стосується сполук загальної формули (I), де R - група загальної формули -COOR1, -CONR2R3, -CONR4CONR4R5 aбo -CH2OR6, де R1 - С2-6 алкільна група; С1-6 заміщена алкільна група; або С3-6 циклоалкільна група; R2 i R3 - однакові або різні й незалежно одно від одної є атомом водню або С1-6 алкільною групою, яка необов'язково може бути заміщена; 5- або 6-членна циклоалкільна або гетероарильна група; та їх таутомери, сольвати й суміші, а також адитивно-кислотні солі цих сполук. Винахід також стосується фармацевтичних композицій, що містять сполуки загальної формули (І) як активний агент. Ангіогенез-інгібітори згідно з винаходом інгібують неоваскуляризацію в живих тканинах і, як такі, можуть бути використані для запобігання й інгібування ангіогенезу, що з'явився у зв'язку з ростом пухлин і для запобігання утворенню метастазів пухлин.
