Abstract
Способ получения охратоксина А включает использование в качестве продуцента культуры гриба Aspergillus ochraceus, которую вносят в предварительно подготовленное зерно пшеницы, культивирование, инактивацию вегетативных форм гриба и экстракцию охратоксина хлороформом с ортофосфорной кислотой, выпаривание хлороформных экстрактов и определение в нем охратоксина А хроматографическим путем. Как продуцент охратоксина А в способе используют культуру гриба Aspergillus ochraceus штамм №7.
