Abstract

Изобретение касается способа термообработки отливок, изготовленных из расплава легкого металла, в частности из расплава алюминия, согласно с которым особенно эффективно и дешево могут быть устранены внутренние напряжения в отливках сложной формы также в рамках серийного производства. Для этого отливку закаляют после выливания или после нагревания, после закалки охлаждают до низкой температуры, по окончанию охлаждения до низкой температуры внезапно нагревают до высокой температуры путем погружения в солевой расплав, температура которого превышает температуру кипения воды при нормальном давлении.
