Abstract
A method of manufacturing plywood includes operations of manufacturing veneer plies, drying the veneer plies, preparation of a glue, putting the glue on the veneer plies, formation of packets of the veneer plies, pre-pressing and pressing of the packets of veneer plies. During preparation of the glue to phenol-formaldehyde resin as active reinforcing filler 7.5 % solution of alumosulfate are added in amount of 0.15 weight parts and wood flour in amount of 3.0 weight parts per 100 weight parts of resin.
