Abstract
Спосіб для автоматизованої побудови конгломератних конструкцій включає етапи моделювання конструкції будівлі за допомогою САПР з використанням функції площинного або об'ємного моделювання, секціонування структурної комп'ютерної моделі горизонтальними паралельними площинами згідно з попередньо визначеним кроком, попередньої підготовки пристрою, що осаджує у переміжний спосіб шар гранульованого матеріалу та рідкої зв'язувальної речовини лише відповідно до заповнених частин вищезазначеної площини, всередині захисних стінок, що визначають замкнений периметр. Цей спосіб може реалізуватись за допомогою пристрою, який має горизонтальну раму (1), котра придатна для підтримки мостового крана (15), здатного забезпечити переміщення робочої головки (16) у горизонтальній площині, яка визначається вищезазначеною горизонтальною рамою (1). Рама (1) переміщується вздовж чотирьох стояків (3, 4, 5, 6) вертикально (11,12,13,14), мостовий кран (15) ковзає горизонтально (18), і робоча головка ковзає горизонтально (19).
