Abstract

Предметом данного изобретения является выпарной аппарат (1) с падающей пленкой, который обеспечен разделенным на сегменты распределителем (5) жидкости, так что можно загружать жидкостью только ограниченное количество печек (3) выпарного аппарата, и выпарной аппарат (1) может оптимально эксплуатироваться также под частичной нагрузкой. Далее, предметом изобретения является способ эксплуатации этого выпарного аппарата (1) с падающей пленкой, причем перед ним ставится задача перенести тепло, которое освобождается при конденсировании смеси газа и пара, как минимум, частично на жидкость, которая испаряется при этом. Выпарной аппарат (1) с падающей пленкой, который выполнен таким образом и эксплуатируется в соответствии с изобретением, может рационально использоваться в системах регенерации тепла, например, при производстве 1.2-дихлорегана.
