Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу получения ингибитора амилазы из мучки овса, который предусматривает обработку компонента зерна овса экстрагентом, отделение осадка, обработку осадка экстрагентом, хроматографическую очистку выделенного белка и сушку целевого продукта, причем мучку овса обрабатывают бикарбонатным буферным раствором при рН =7,0-11,0, отделяют осадок и фракционируют белки двойной обработкой сульфатом аммониака, после чего удаляют сульфат аммония и осуществляют очищение белка афинной хроматографией.
