Abstract
Винахід належить до біотехнології, зокрема до способу одержання інгібітору амілази із борошенця вівса, який передбачає обробку компонента зерна вівса екстрагентом, відокремлення осаду, обробку осаду екстрагентом, хроматографічне очищення виділеного білка і сушіння цільового продукту, причому борошенця вівса обробляють бікарбонатним буферним розчином при рН =7,0-11,0, відокремлюють осад і фракціюють білки подвійною обробкою сульфатом амоніаку, після чого видаляють сульфат амонію і здійснюють очищення білка афінною хроматографією.
