Abstract

Способ получения 1,2-дихлорэтана, согласно которому: а) поток этана подвергают каталитическому оксидегидрированию с получением газовой смеси, которая содержит этилен, непреобразованный этан, воду и вторичные компоненты; b) указанную газовую смесь необязательно промывают и сушат, получая, таким образом, сухую газовую смесь; с) после необязательной дополнительной стадии очистки сухую газовую смесь доставляют в реактор хлорирования с потоком хлора, которые подают, так, чтобы по меньшей мере 10 % этилена превращалось в 1,2-дихлорэтан; d) 1,2-дихлорэтан, который образовался в реакторе хлорирования, необязательно отделяют от потока продуктов, которые получают из реактора хлорирования; е) поток продуктов, которые получают из реактора хлорирования, из которых необязательно экстрагированный 1,2-дихлорэтан доставляют в реактор оксихлорирования, в котором большую часть достаточного количества этилена превращают в 1,2-дихлорэтан, после чего последний необязательно подвергают абсорбции/десорбции на стадии е'), во время которой 1,2-дихлорэтан, который образовался в реакторе хлорирования, необязательно экстрагируют, если не экстрагировали раньше; f) 1,2-дихлорэтан, который образовался в реакторе оксихлорирования, отделяют от потока продуктов, которые получают из реактора оксихлорирования, и необязательно добавляют до 1,2-дихлорэтана, который образовался в реакторе хлорирования; g) поток продуктов, которые получают из реактора оксихлорирования, из которых экстрагированный 1,2-дихлорэтан, необязательно содержащий дополнительный поток этана, раньше введенный на одну из стадий от b) до f), необязательно рециркулируют, направляя на стадию а) после необязательной продувки газов и/или после необязательной обработки, для того, чтобы удалить хлорированные продукты, содержащиеся в нем.
