Abstract
Способ получения 1,2-дихлорэтана с использованием этана в качестве исходного соединения, в соответствии с которым: а) поток этана подвергают каталитическому оксидегидрированию с образованием смеси газов, содержащей этилен, не прореагировавший этан, воду и вторичные компоненты; b) указанную смесь газов необязательно промывают и сушат и таким образом получают смесь сухих газов; с) после необязательной дополнительной стадии очистки указанную смесь сухих газов подвергают абсорбции А1, которая включает разделение указанной смеси газов на фракцию, обогащенную соединениями, более легкими, чем этилен, и содержащую некоторое количество этилена (фракция А), и на фракцию F1; d) фракцию А направляют в реактор хлорирования, в котором большая часть этилена, присутствующего во фракции А, превращается в 1,2-дихлорэтан, и полученный 1,2-дихлорэтан необязательно отделяется от потока продуктов, который выводится из реактора хлорирования; е) необязательно поток продуктов, который выводится из реактора хлорирования и из которого необязательно экстрагирован 1,2-дихлорэтан, подвергают абсорбции А2, которая включает разделение указанного потока на фракцию, обогащенную этаном F2, которую затем возвращают в фракцию F1, и на фракцию, обогащенную соединениями, более легкими, чем этан F2'; f) фракцию F1, которая необязательно содержит фракцию F2, выделенную на стадии е) абсорбции А2, подвергают десорбции D, которая включает разделение фракции F1 на фракцию, обогащенную этиленом (фракция В), и на фракцию F3, необязательно содержащую 1,2-дихлорэтан, образовавшийся в реакторе хлорирования, который затем извлекают, если он не был извлечен ранее, которую возвращают обратно по меньшей мере на одну из стадий абсорбции, необязательно после проведения дополнительной обработки, предназначенной для снижения во фракции F3 концентрации соединений, более тяжелых, чем этан; g) фракцию В подают в реактор оксихлорирования, в котором большая часть этилена, присутствующего во фракции В, превращается в 1,2-дихлорэтан, образовавшийся 1,2-дихлорэтан отделяют от потока продуктов, который выводят из реактора оксихлорирования, и необязательно добавляют к 1,2-дихлорэтану, образовавшемуся в реакторе хлорирования; и h) поток продуктов, выводимый из реактора оксихлорирования, из которого экстрагирован 1,2-дихлорэтан и который необязательно содержит дополнительный поток этана, ранее введенного на одной из стадий с b) по g), необязательно вновь возвращают на стадию а), предварительно необязательно удалив из него газы и/или необязательно подвергнув его обработке, с целью удаления содержащихся в нем продуктов хлорирования.
